The Physicians at River Road Medical Centre are not accepting new patients at this time and we do not have a wait list 

If you do not have a Family Doctor, you can register for Health Care Connect by calling 1-800-445-1822 or online through the Health Care Connect website

River Road Medical Centre is NOT a walk in clinic, appointments are for registered patients only 

As per clinic policy, missed appointments without notice will result in a $50 no show fee. If you cannot make your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us 24 hours notice  to avoid a no show fee, and it will also help us provide an appointment to another patient to ensure every patient is getting proper access to care. 

Our office does not do phone reminders for appointments - to get appointment reminders through email, please register for the Health Myself Portal (if you are not registered, please speak to a staff member to set up an account)

If you arrive late to an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and a no show fee may apply.
